Welcome to Terra Pilates! It (is currently) an online studio for Mindful Pilates sessions. My style of Pilates is based on traditional Pilates incorporated with mindful movement, which allows for a deeper and more present mind-body connection. Our sessions are aways full body and will leave you feeling more energized, stronger, longer and more flexible. I look foward to seeing you on the mat!
