Our variety of classes are tailored to help everyone achieve the 4 components of a physically fit body, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength. Created by the professional dancer Octavie Escure, Fit 'Ballet is a technique that blends the agility and the grace of classical dancer as its name suggests, with targeted exercises that sculpt the body.
Fit'Ballet creates the link between Fitness and Ballet and combines Fitness strengthening movements with the graceful gestures of the Ballet.
Accessible to all levels, its goal is among other things to correct posture, gain flexibility, tone the muscles, through a precise and complete workout.
