Do I have to sign a contract after finishing the trial period?

No. The free trial and the monthly membership are without obligation and aim to help you find the perfect gym for you.

Do I have to pay an admission fee for the monthly membership?

No. You only have to pay the discounted monthly membership fee in the gym.

Are the X days of free trial sequential or can I select the days freely?

The X days are sequential and start with your first visit in the gym.

I entered my email address correctly. Why does it say that I am not eligible to receive a voucher with my email address?

This might be for two different reasons: 1. You have already received a voucher for this gym/chain. 2. You have already been a member in this gym/chain.

Why did I not receive my voucher for the free trial after my request?

Please check your spam folder. If you still do not find the voucher, you can write an email to info@studiosuche.de

Why dont you offer vouchers for gyms in city X?

We are continuously working to grow our partner network. In the near future we hope to have partners in your city too.

My request was for the wrong gym/location. Is it possible to change that?

We are really sorry, but due to contractual reasons we are not able to change the location on your voucher. Please contact our partner gym directly with the voucher – in most cases the trial will be approved.

How much time do I have to redeem the voucher?

You can redeem the voucher within 30 days from the time of your request.

My voucher expired without using it (due to sickness, vacation, job etc.). Is it possible to get a new voucher?

We are really sorry, but due to contractual reasons we are not able to extend or reissue the voucher. Please contact our partner gym directly with the voucher – in most cases the trial will be approved.
